We recognize that these are challenging times and we want you to know that your safety and the safety of our associates is of utmost importance to us. We want you to feel confident that when you book a stay with us, you can expect us to follow strict guidelines to ensure your health and safety. We consistently monitor the recommendations of the CDC and New York City’s Shelter-in-Place order, and will continue to review and adjust our services and offerings based on industry and regulatory directives.

Other Protocols & Precautions

  • In-room telephones, TV remotes, thermostats, and door handles are wiped down during room cleaning. In-room notepads are replaced between each stay.
  • We deep-clean all public areas with disinfectant overnight. All upholstered furniture is sprayed with Lysol disinfectant.
  • Our staff is required to wear masks and gloves at all times in all public spaces and guest rooms. Staff members are provided with PPE at the start of their shift and it is discarded properly at the end of the shift.
  • We have suspended delivery on guest room floors. All deliveries are made to the main lobby and the guests have the option to pick up their food or a staff member may bring it up.
  • After a guest checks out, the guest room is cleaned and then inspected by the General Manager to ensure it meets our hotel cleanliness and disinfecting standards.
  • The lobby and common areas are being cleaned multiple times throughout the day with Clorox wipes on all surfaces that are touched. Flooring is being cleaned multiple times a day with disinfectant. Door handles wiped with down, elevators cleaned and trash removal and storage outside of the building.
  • At check-in, we place all items (such as ID and credit card) back on the desk for you to pick up in order to avoid hand-to-hand contact.
New York City requires proof of vaccination
for all patrons of restaurants and lounges, which include Sentry + Hole in the Wall. Masks are not required for hotel guests or staff.
