Enjoy the last days of summer by strolling the streets of New York City. There is always something new to see. However, we suggest visiting the historic Flatiron building, located at 175 Fifth Avenue, right off of Madison Square Park. It’s just a quick walk from Hotel Henri. Feel the warm sunshine that is broken up by the fresh summer breezes of the East and Hudson River. It is mostly photographed for its triangular shape and was designed by Chicago architects Daniel Burnham and Frederic Dinkelberg in 1902. The outside of the building is made of limestone and terra-cotta, held together by an industrial steel frame. The building measures just six-feet across at it’s most narrow point, making it an unforgettable spectacle. Snap envy-worthy shots to glam up your Instagram story and feed. It’s an architectural masterpiece and an essential part of New York City history.
